Audio Mixing & Mastering FAQs
- What is the difference between Mixing and Mastering?
Mixing is the process of balancing all individual tracks—vocals, instruments and effects—to create a clear and musical stereo mix.
Mastering is the final stage that optimizes the completed mix for streaming platforms, download services and other playback systems.

For the best possible results, individual WAV stems are recommended.
If stems are not available, a high-quality stereo mix can also be mastered.
